Weekend in Columbus

My daughter Sara and I spend the weekend in Columbus, OH. I had been invited to do a trunk show at Lottie Da's. I have posted about this amazing children's store before. If you have not checked out their site....you should. And, Amy now sells ons Etsy. If you are looking for something unique for your child.....this is the place! Amy did the bedding for Maryn's nursery. Layers of ruffles in vintage looking fabrics! The little lion below is one of the shoppers that was in on Saturday. Her name was Collette....Her mommy tried this sweater on her....too too cute. It even has a tale in the back! There was also one that looked like a little mouse, a sheep... Meet Charlotte! Her mommy, Amy, owns Lottie Da's. She is one of the most beautiful little girls I have ever met ( after Maryn, of course). Her personality matches this little face.

Part of mylittle show area...

If you are in Columbus....after visiting Lottie Da's you need to stop at Bloomsbury Loft. Sara and I had visited their booth at the Country Living Fair..but they always close the store that weekend. So, this was our first opportunity to actually shop the store. WOW! Lots of fun things.

Another neat little shop....but rather pricey. Still, fun to look

Those who know me well...know I am a sucker for vintage bird cages. How cute is this?

A super yummy lunch at the 'Black Olive'. An amazing bowl of tomato basil soup along with a grilled cheese that was beyond good!

It was such a fun weekend. I always love going to Columbus. So many things to see and do. And of course I always look forward to time traveling with Sara. We always make it fun! We did manage to sneak in a visit to Sugardaddy's. Had to pick up a few of those world-famous brownies to bring back to Missy. Yummmm. I am still sticking to the chipolte-cinnamon. It is to die for.!

So fun! I love Columbus. One of my BFF's lives there. There is so much to do and see.
